“It’s a pure joy to listen to these two humans, and old friends, explore the who’s, how’s and why’s of what it means to be Homo sapien, having thoughtful, well researched conversations which are never not hilarious and are often deeply ridiculous.  I can listen to these guys forever. There’s no era, subject or arena of knowledge that I don’t want explained to me by John and John." -- Carlos Jacott

Your Human Hosts

John McCray has a BA in French and an MA in Southwest Studies/Anthropology and Archaeology. He has taught college-level anthropology and his graduate thesis was titled "Mycotoxins, Maize and Site Abandonment in the American Southwest." Over the years he has worked cleaning chimneys, answering questions about Italian tourism, guarding artworks that look like vaginas at the O'Keeffe Museum, and helping veterans.
